Our Weekly Run Schedule
Wednesday Evening: Midweek Miles
Time: 7pm @ Crol and Co Tanner Street
Distance: 5k/10k (depending on week)
Pace Groups: No pace groups, just a leader and a tail, run as fast as suits you!
Post-Run: Join us for a pint or a soft drink at Crol and Co!
Friday Morning Social Run:
Time: 7:20am meet @ Tanner Street Park
Distance: 5k (or 30 mins for Start Line Groups)
Pace Groups: Choose from 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 min/km or Start Line groups (7:30min/km or 2 minute run/walk intervals)
Post-Run: Join us for coffee and chit-chat at our home cafe, Chapter 72
Kick off your Friday mornings with our famous 5k social run. We offer three pace groups + Start Line beginner friendly groups to accommodate different running speeds, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and welcome. After the run, we gather at Chapter 72 for a well-deserved coffee and a chance to socialise with fellow runners.
Sunday Morning Long Run:
Time: 7:50am meet @ Chapter 72
Distance: 9 to 21km, depending on the week and the pace group
Pace Group: 5:45, 6:15 and 7:30 min/km
Post-Run: Coffee and chit-chat at Chapter 72
Our Sunday morning long run is perfect for those looking to cover more distance. Ranging from 9 to 21km, you can choose to run at 5:45 or 6:15 min/km, or for those newer to long runs, go with our start line group, running around 9k at 7:30min/km. It's a great way to build endurance while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow runners. Afterward, we head to Chapter 72 to refuel with coffee and catch up with the group.
