Tuesday Evening: Start Line
Time: 7pm meet @ The Hand & Marigold
Distance: 30 mins of movement
Pace Groups: Choose from walking, walk/run intervals or run-only @ 7:30min/km
Post-Run: Join us for a pint or a soft drink at The Hand & Marigold
Start Line is here for those new to running or getting back into it. In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll have the choice to walk, walk/run or just run for 30 minutes. A great stepping stone before joining the Friday morning 5k.
Friday Morning Social Run:
Time: 7:20am meet @ Tanner Street Park
Distance: 5k
Pace Groups: Choose from 5:30, 6:00, or 6:30 min/km
Post-Run: Join us for coffee and chit-chat at our home cafe, Chapter 72
Kick off your Friday mornings with our famous 5k social run. We offer three pace groups to accommodate different running speeds, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and welcome. After the run, we gather at Chapter 72 for a well-deserved coffee and a chance to socialise with fellow runners.
Sunday Morning Long Run:
Time: 7:50am meet @ Chapter 72
Distance: 9 to 21km, depending on the week and the pace group
Pace Group: 5:45, 6:15 and 7:30 min/km
Post-Run: Coffee and chit-chat at Chapter 72
Our Sunday morning long run is perfect for those looking to cover more distance. Ranging from 9 to 21km, you can choose to run at 5:45 or 6:15 min/km, or for those newer to long runs, go with our start line group, running around 9k at 7:30min/km. It's a great way to build endurance while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow runners. Afterward, we head to Chapter 72 to refuel with coffee and catch up with the group.
